GAME TIME

Hello and welcome to the home of "Game Time," Boston's independent sports radio broadcast on 91.5 WMFO FM Fridays at Midnight ET. The show is hosted by two veterans of the Boston sports radio underground with over a decade of experience in broadcasting: Sean Sylver of "Fire It Up" on 91.3 WSHL (Easton) and 91.5 WMFO (Medford) and Brian Brickley of "Dante & The Brick" and "The Brick House" on WVBC AM (Chestnut Hill) and 91.5 WMFO. Our third man, Jay Hall, is a former host of "Fire It Up" and will be contributing to the program regularly.

As you all know, Boston is full of sports radio listening options. August 2009 marked the entry of 98.5 The Sports Hub into the Boston radio market, running 890 ESPN AM into the ground and putting WEEI 850 AM on notice. We don't expect to attract more listeners than these powerhouses. What we do expect to do is something different from the same old, formulaic sports talk. So give us a try.

How to listen:

On your radio -
91.5 FM on Fridays at Midnight.
On the internet -
1) catch the streaming audio at www.wmfo.org
2) check us out on iTunes Radio under "Public," "WMFO."
After the show -
Check out the podcast right here at bostongametime.blogspot.com

Check back with us as we develop this website with daily blog entries, interviews, and other perspectives. And don't forget to listen to Game Time tonight at midnight (9 PM Pacific).

Thanks Guru. We'd love to have you on sometime. We're still working out the kinks with the website and podcast - but soon...
